My patch downloaded, but when i finished playing i went to problem reports (i do that time to time) & i so Ea installer touchup has stopped workingm, so i have no idea did it patch or not, patch note showed Dragon Age™: Inquisition 1.03, so no idea did touchup have issue at the time of patching or after, with closing the process, or maybe cause i clicked on X on Origin to close Origin right after & touchup close was delayed & so closing it sooner caused the error? Well i went to problem reports after closing the game, when i finished playing not after patch. I was also able to make the game work after uninstalling and reinstalling both Inquisition and Origin. Just uninstalling and reinstalling Origin didn't do squat, and I didn't bother to try with just Inquisition so make of that what you will. Just a sidenote as I had this problem, I had never bothered to use the cloud backup and was concerned about losing my save files, but you can make the game work, albeit very glitchy by going into offline mode in origin, opening the game, then minimizing and switching origin back to online mode. At least I could back up my files before uninstalling. Hopefully this won't happen with every update. Not sure what your issues might be as I had no problems with the patch. Did you start the game through the origin client? Or on it's own. I've heard of people with this issue with other games because they find a way around playing the game without the origin client which turned out to be their problem when all was said and done. Something about trying to patch witrhout the origin client seems to cause some issues. May not be your problem, but just a thought. There should never be a need to completely uninstall everything and reinstall because of a patch unless files got seriously corrupted at some point. Dragon Age Inquisition Patch Download Xbox 360I know all complaints are handled by EA usually(*groan*) so if you reported a ticket, not sure if you'll get a proper response, but hopefully you do and gget it resolved. Good luck to all of you having problems, hope you can get it fixed. Hi folks, I had this same problem and found a solution that worked for me; hopefully it will work for you too. Basically, I tricked Origin into 'reinstalling' Dragon Age with the latest patch without having to redownload everything. Here are my steps: 1. Quit out of Origin. Browse to your Origin Games directory (mine was C: Program Files (x86) Origin Games), and make a copy of the Dragon Age: Inquisition directory. Start Origin and tell it to uninstall Dragon Age: Inquisition. (The original Dragon Age: Inquisition directory in your Origin Games directory should disappear, but you should still have your copy.) 4. Tell Origin to download and install Dragon Age: Inquisition. Once the download begins, quit out of Origin. Copy the contents of the copy you made of the original Dragon Age: Inquisition directory into the newly-created one in the Origin Games directory. Start Origin again. At this point, Origin figured out that it had all the files it needed, then 're-installed' Dragon Age: Inquisition, and then I was able to start it up just fine! Dragon Age Inquisition Download ComputerStupid workaround, but a hell of a lot faster than redownloading and reinstalling everything Hope that helps.
